There are four trim levels for the Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited this year, and they all have a 3.8-liter V6 engine, which is plenty for getting the lightweight body of this Jeep wherever it needs to go. The engine makes 202 hp at 5200 rpm and 237 lb-ft of torque at 4000 rpm. All Wrangler models have a 6-speed manual transmission as standard equipment All models come with electronic stability control, a full-size spare tire, and shift-on-the-fly 4-wheel drive; the Sahara and Rubicon models add traction control. All models also share new Dana solid front axles and heavy-duty rear axles. The black Sunrider soft top is standard, but the Sahara has an optional body-colored hard top for a uniform look. In either case, this year's has larger rear windows for better visibility. Every 2011 Wrangler gets the upgraded interior, with the 6-speaker media center and steering-wheel mounted controls. The Sahara and Rubicon models add a subwoofer with a system by Infinity and one year of Sirius satellite radio. Heated power mirrors are available this year, and a 110-volt power outlet has been added as well as two 12-volt accessory outlets.
